Wedding and Commitment Ceremony Services
As a consultant Savvy Fusion Events role includes: 
  • Consultations with you via telephone/email and in-person;
  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed;
  • Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design;
  • Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections including:
     1)      Make-up artist for bride and bridal party
     2)      Hair stylist and barber for wedding party
     3)      Luxury/Vintage car rental
     4)      Photographer/Videographer
     5)      Cake
     6)      Wedding and Reception
     7)      Honeymoon assistance
     8)      Florist
     9)      DJ
     10)    Wedding dress, tuxedo and other wedding party attire assistance
     11)    Invitation and other wedding stationary
     12)    Event décor
  • Attendance at vendor appointments as needed; and
  • Professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process. 
As a Wedding Day Coordinator Savvy Fusion Events duties include:
  • Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding;
  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party;
  • Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors before wedding day;
  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision;
  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding;
  • Manage vendor and décor set up at ceremony and reception sites;
  • Organize and distribute personal flowers to wedding party, family members and special guests;
  • Check for all items necessary to conduct wedding ceremony;
  • Oversee ushers and guest book attendants;
  • Properly line up processional and cue musicians; and
  • Coordinate entertainment and announcements/events during reception.
